The Victorian Electoral Commission has released a report proposing minor boundary changes to Tirhatuan and Taylor wards in Knox.

An electoral subdivision review was requested by Local Government Minister Jeanette Powell and must be completed before the next council election.

Electoral commissioner Steve Tully said ward boundaries could be redrawn "so that the 'one vote, one value' principle can apply at the next election".

The public can submit responses to the report by 5pm on Wednesday, February 29 by email to knox.review@vec.vic.gov.au or in writing to the VEC at Level 11, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.
