EASTERN Regional Libraries will increase overdue book fees from March 1.
The fee for each adult item has risen from 25 cents to 30 cents a day with a maximum fine of $10. Fines on junior and teenage items remain the same with a maximum of $5.
Once charges reach $10, the user cannot renew or place items on hold online, or borrow new items.
