Entries set to close for charity game

03 Feb, 2010 04:00 AM

LAWN bowlers have one last chance to enter a team in one of the south-east's longest running charity bowls days.

The Dandenong and District Charity Bowls Day, on Sunday, February 14, is being organised by the Rotary Club of Noble Park.

Entries, costing $40 a team, officially closed on January 30 but will be accepted until 4pm today.

Forms are available at all City of Greater Dandenong bowls clubs or at Highway Bowls Centre, 61 Walker Street, Dandenong.

A mixed-fours event starts at 9.15am on February 14.

The winner in 2009 was the Keysborough Bowls Club team.
