What better way to educate children about fire safety than by combining it with one of their favourite sports?
Bayswater CFA last week attended the St Andrew's Cricket Club clinic at JW Manson Reserve in Wantirna in their shiny red truck.
CFA members Jason Sargeant-Ross, Aaron Calder-Smith and Dave Tangey had a hit-out with Jade and Josh before talking to the group about fire safety.
The aim of the event was to raise awareness among residents living in high-risk fire areas.
