POLICE are seeking witnesses to an attempted armed robbery at a pizza store in Wantirna South on Saturday night.
Police say a man entered the Burwood Highway store at about 11pm and demanded staff give him $50.
When they refused to hand over the cash the man told staff he had a knife and threatened to harm them.
He fled the store after staff members said they were calling the police.
