Coorinda Preschool pupil Christopher takes part in the beanbag-throwing competition in an Olympics day last Tuesday week.
The event was held at Yawarra Primary School in Boronia and was run by the children's grades 5 and 6 buddies.
Activities included log rolls, skipping and a balance beam.
Coorinda teacher Shayne Collins said the program gave primary school-aged children a sense of leadership, while her young pupils stood in awe.
"They always yell out 'playing with the schools kids!' whenever we ask them their favourite activities," she said.
