A 27-year-old Ferntree Gully man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman on Sunday afternoon in the Boronia Safeway car park.
Police were called and, after climbing onto the supermarket roof and then coming down, the man became abusive and was subdued with capsicum spray. He is expected to face multiple charges.
